Oh Most Yummy Dark Chocolate
Saw a new European study has come out that says that having dark chocolate (about 2-3 smallish pieces a week) is good for your heart and has beneficial effects on inflammation and so on. Hm...what a horrid thing to HAVE to consume a little bit of good dark chocolate each and every week.
Sad thing is, though, that eating more than that doesn't do much for you. Well, at least, for your physicial health. Mental health...???
Anyone for a smallish glass of red wine and smallish piece of dark chocolate several times a week??!?!?!
